Frequently asked questions

Do you take a percentage of my bookings?
No. Not on bookings and not on card payments. You pay the subscription and nothing else. Your payment provider still charges their own processing fee, the same as any card terminal.
Where does the money from clients go?
Straight into your own account. We never hold your takings, so there is nothing for us to hold up or lose.
Is the app store fee included?
Yes. Both listings are part of every plan, and we carry the Apple and Google developer account fees ourselves. There is nothing for you to set up or pay for on their side.
Whose app is it?
The name, the icon, the branding and the clients are yours. The app is published through our developer account and runs on our software, which you subscribe to — so if you stop subscribing, the app comes down. If you would rather hold the listing yourself, we can transfer it to your own Apple and Google accounts for a fee.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing straight away. Your app keeps working and we email you. If we still cannot take payment after seven days it pauses, and it starts again the moment a payment goes through. Nothing is deleted either way.
What happens if I leave?
Bookings stop and we take the app down from the stores, so your clients see a notice rather than something broken. Your data is not deleted, and you can ask for an export of your client and booking list at any time — including on the way out.
I have two shops. Do I need two logins?
Yes. One account runs one app, so a second shop needs its own account with us. Each shop gets its own app, its own clients and its own numbers, and neither can see the other's.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. Adding a module takes effect the same day. Removing one hides it — the data underneath is kept, so switching it back on brings everything with it.
