Delete your account

Request deletion of your customer account for one shop. Accounts at other shops and your business owner account are separate.

Account access, saved profile details, device tokens and marketing subscriptions will be removed. Points and coupons cannot be restored. Some transaction and security records may be kept where needed to handle payments, refunds or legal obligations.
