How do I get clients back for their next fill?
Clients can book again from a past appointment in your app. You can also filter clients by their last visit and send a push message or coupon to those who have opted in.
Where do patch test and allergy notes go?
Private notes are kept on the client record for you and your managers, so details such as patch test dates and allergies are there at the next visit. They are never shown to the client.
Can clients leave photo reviews?
Yes. After a visit, clients can leave a review with photos in your app. You can reply, and you choose which reviews appear on your website.
Can I take a deposit for longer treatments?
Yes. Ask for a deposit or full payment at booking through your own Stripe account. Clients agree to your cancellation policy before they pay, and we do not add extra no-show charges.
