Ordering platforms take a slice of each order and own the customer. Here the order comes through your own menu and the money goes straight to your account.

Regulars scan the QR at the table or order ahead from the app, and the kitchen sees it the moment it is paid.

Regulars you cannot reach

Stamps and points live in your app, so the tenth coffee brings them back to you rather than to a listing site.

Questions owners ask

Can customers order ahead and skip the queue?

Yes. Customers can order ahead for collection from your app or ordering website, or scan the QR code on a table to order dine-in. They can follow the order status, and new orders appear on the order board in your management console with a sound alert.

How do stamp cards work?

You decide how many stamps earn a reward and what it is: a percentage off, an amount off or a free menu item. Customers signed in to your app collect one stamp per day from completed orders, and the reward arrives in their app as a coupon for a later order. Points and membership tiers are available as well.

Do customers need to download an app to order?

No. Ordering works in the phone’s browser from your QR code or ordering website. Customers who install your app can order again in a couple of taps, collect stamps and points, and receive your offers if they opt in.

What will it cost to run?

There is a one-off setup fee and a monthly or yearly subscription, shown on our pricing page. Card payments carry your payment provider’s processing fees. For an iPhone app, you also pay Apple’s annual developer membership directly to Apple. We take no commission on orders.
