Can I set times to suit my rooms and therapists?
Yes. Choose your start-time interval and how many bookings you accept at each start time, and block times when a room or therapist is unavailable.
Where do client health notes go?
Private notes such as pressure preferences, injuries and areas to avoid are kept on the client record for you and your managers. They are never shown to the client.
Can the app process health fund claims?
No. BizAppMaker does not process health fund rebates, so keep using your existing claiming process for those treatments.
Can I sell packages or gift vouchers?
Not at the moment. You can reward regulars with points, stamp cards and coupons, and send offers to clients who have opted in to your app’s notifications.
