Questions owners ask

Can clients book and pay a deposit online?

Yes. Clients choose their services and an available start time in your app or on your booking website. You can ask for a deposit or full payment at booking through your own Stripe account, and the money goes to your account.

What happens when a client cancels or does not show up?

You set a free-cancellation window. Clients see your policy and agree to it before they pay, and it stays attached to that booking. Cancellations before the cutoff request a refund automatically; later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded automatically. We do not add extra no-show charges.

Do clients get reminders?

Yes. Clients receive booking confirmations and reminders by email, and as app notifications if they have your app. We do not send text messages.

Can I limit how many clients book at the same time?

Yes. Choose your start-time interval and how many bookings you accept at each time, block times when you are unavailable, and let clients join a waitlist when a day is full.
