No. Diners scan the QR code on their table and order from your menu in their phone’s browser, without creating an account. Your app is there for regulars who want to order again, collect rewards and hear about your offers.

You choose card payment online, payment at the counter, or both. Card payments go through your own Stripe or Square account, so the money goes to your account. We take no commission on orders. Your payment provider charges its own processing fees, and our plans are on the pricing page.

Not necessarily. Delivery platforms can introduce new diners, while your own app gives regulars a direct way to book, order and come back. BizAppMaker does not provide delivery drivers, so compare the numbers for each channel before changing anything.
